Rare 1950s “travel” desk, the top with letter rack covered in black saddle-stitched leather and leatherette.
The desk rests on an elegant X-shaped base in bamboo-style gilt brass. A discreet front drawer holds writing accessories and papers.

The combination of leather and gilt brass is characteristic of Jacques Adnet's work.
